Born and raised in Birmingham, I realised my true passion for acting aged 16. I took drama as one of my options at GCSE and gained top marks which I was thrilled about. I continued to pursue my passion and further achieved an A grade for my A-level portrayal of King Creon in Sophocles “Antigone” translated by Jean Anouilh”
Successfully finishing my A-levels I applied for drama school and was accepted to train at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts where I achieved a BA honours Degree in Acting.
Within the first month after graduating from Italia Conti, I landed my first professional theatre role as Benvolio in Shakespeare’s ‘Romeo and Juliet’ and upon completion of that production, was cast in the 2007 Christmas Special of Dr Who, which earned the second highest rate of viewership for programmes aired on Christmas Day that year.
Continuing to work steadily as an actor for over a decade my body of work covers and experience cover a wide range of platforms and mediums, included Short and Feature films, Television, Theatre and Voice Over.
Other roles include Benvolio in Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet and the Prince of Morocco in The Merchant of Venice. Tye Jackson in the Tale of the Fatherless, Adam Spence in Can We Talk, Sam in Dis-connected and Carlton Cooper in All Systems Go.
